Career Coaching

Our Career Coaching is a type of Human Resources Development. lt provides positive support, feedback and advice to improve personal effectiveness in the business setting. We help our clients/students advance towards specific, measurable, professiona! goals. These could include career transition, skill acquisitions for new job requirements, and development of personal business plans.

We work with clients to help them better manage and organize their time, set goals and complete projects. We help clients develop an “inner coach”, a set of self regulated and reflective planning skills to deal with the ever-changing daily business challenges.

The deliverables include a Personal Valuation Assessment and lndividual Performance lmprovement Plan.

We help individuals to identify problems, write problem statements and find potential solutions to specific business issues.

ln situations where more than one individual is involved, we can work with teams to reach higher levels of performance, increase job satisfaction, personal growth, and career development. We also work with cross-functional team projects.

Career Coaching – We focus in the following areas:

  • Develop a Personal Valuation Assessment
  • lndividual Development Plan
  • Skill & Knowledge Assessment (GAP Analysis)
  • Develop a Plan to “Un-RETIRE”
    • How to become a Consultant/lndependent Contractor

"Do what you love to do and give it your very best. Whether it’s business or baseball, or the theater, or any field. If you don’t love what you’re doing and you can’t give it your best, get out of it. Life is too short. You’ll be an old man before you know it.” – Al Lopez "The biggest hurdle is rejection. Any business you start, be ready for it. The difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is the successful people do all the things the unsuccessful people don’t want to do. When 10 doors are slammed in your face, go to door number 11 enthusiastically, with a smile on your face.” – John Paul DeJoria "Attitude: Words can never adequately convey the incredible impact of our attitude toward life. The longer I live the more convinced I become that life is 10% what happens to us & 90% how we react to it. I believe the single most significant decision I can make on a day-to-day basis is my choice of attitude. It is more important than my choice of education, my bankroll, my successes or failures, fame or pain, what other people think of me or say about me, my circumstances, or my position. Attitude keeps me going or cripples my progress. It alone fuels my fire or assaults my hope. When my attitudes are right, there’s no barrier too high , no valley too deep, no dream too extreme, no challenge too great for me." - Charles R Swindoll "The Future: The best way to predict the future is to create it!" - Peter Drucker, Management Consultant "The Continuous Improvement Process is not only a way of doing business; it’s a way of doing life--- the essence of life long learning." - J David Viale, Teacher
